5. Note the installed position of the exhaust valve rocker arms (2).
6. Install the bolts to the shaft (3).
7. Install the lash adjusters (2).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
Important: The intake rocker arm shaft front locating pin serves as an oil passage for VTEC system operation. During assembly, use care
to locate the shaft onto the pin. Replace pins that are bent or damaged.
8. Install the rocker arm and shaft assemblies and bolts (1).
