1. Lubricate the camshaft journals and bores with clean engine oil.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the camshaft, NEW O-ring, cap, and bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).

3. Install a new camshaft seal.

4. Install the rocker arm and shaft assembly.
5. Install the left camshaft drive sprocket.
6. Install the left rocker arm cover.
7. Install the EGR valve.
8. Install the upper radiator hose.
9. Fill the radiator with engine coolant.

10. Install the battery tray.
11. Install the battery.
