6. Install the camshaft bearing caps. Hand tighten the cap bolts.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .

7. Tighten the bearing cap bolts in increments of 3 turns until they are seated.

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

8. Install the exhaust camshaft position actuator. Refer to Camshaft Position Exhaust Actuator Replacement  (See: Variable Valve Timing
