1. If a new frame is required, transfer the seat back panel, the recliner cable, and the pad to the new seat back frame. Transfer the child top tether

anchor. Refer to  Child Restraint Tether Anchor Replacement (Early Production) .

2. Route the shoulder belt and the escutcheon through the rear seat back cover. Install the cover over the top of the seat back.
3. Slide the inboard bezel tabs onto the seat. Press the outboard side until the bezel snaps into place.
4. Route the recliner cable between the back panel and the pad.

5. Install the headrest guides by pushing down until the locking tabs engage.
