1. Replace the O-ring if damaged, lubricate the NEW O-ring with clean engine oil.
2. Install the CMP sensor.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the CMP sensor bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector.
5. Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (LZ4-3.5L)  (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power

Steering/Power Steering Pump/Service and Repair) .
