Tightening Caution).
3. Install the bottom plug (1) and tighten to 12.5 Nm (111 lb in).
4. Install the condenser brackets, then tighten the plug to 8 Nm (71 lb in).
5. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Front
Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and Repair/Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement).
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Add the proper amount of oil. Refer to Refrigerant System Capacities (With HP5) (See: Refrigerant/Specifications/Capacity Specifications
)Refrigerant System Capacities (Without HP5) (See: Refrigerant/Specifications/Capacity Specifications).
8. Evacuate and recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (With HP5) (See: Service and
Repair/Procedures/Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging)Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Without HP5) (See: Service and
Repair/Procedures/Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging).
9. Leak test the fittings of the component with J 39400-A .
