6. Using J 38185 - Hose Clamp Pliers disengage the tension on the hose clamp (1) and remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
7. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Note:  Lubricate the inside diameters of the hoses with clean coolant prior to installation.

1. Install the outlet radiator hose into the vehicle. 
2. Using J 38185 - Hose Clamp Pliers disengage the tension on the hose clamp (1) and install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
3. Install the front bumper facia air deflector. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front

4. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair)
