Heated Glass Element Relay: Testing and Inspection
1. INSPECT RELAY (Marking: IG1)
a. Remove the IG1 relay from the instrument panel J/B.
b. Measure the resistance of the relay.
If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
2. INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY(DEF RELAY)
a. Disconnect the 1F connector.
b. Measure the voltage.
If the result is not as specified, replace the instrument panel J/B assembly.
