Repair Procedure

1.

Remove the 11 clips and back door trim board.

2.

Remove any dust, dirt and oil from the attaching surfaces of the double sided adhesive tape on the inside back door panel and the back door trim
board.

3.

Apply primer to the attaching surfaces of the double sided adhesive tape on the back door trim board.

4.

Attach double sided adhesive tape to the back door trim board as shown.

5.

Re-install the back door trim board using new clips.

6.

Use constant and steady pressure when pressing the positions where the double sided adhesive tape is attached.
