Place the NEW cooler wiring No. 2 as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:

Fit the wire harness into the boss area indicated with the arrows.

Connect the connector.

Install air conditioning amplifier.

A.

Install the air conditioning amplifier assembly removed in step 2.

Connect the connector.

9.

Install the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.

HINT:

Adjust the air mix cable by referring to TSB No. AC002-04, "A/C Not Cold Enough."

10.

Check operation.

Install the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

B.

Remove the glove compartment door assembly.
