2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring on the camshaft oil control valve assembly.

(b) Install the camshaft oil control valve assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80  in-lbf)

(c) Connect the camshaft oil control valve assembly connector.

(d) Install the vacuum hose clamp with the bolt.

Torque: 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75  in-lbf)

2. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

(a) Install the cowl top panel outer with the 10 bolts.

Torque: 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53  in-lbf)
