Identification of commutation pins for gearbox prongs
Dimension -a-
1 - 1. and 2nd gear = 11.4 mm
2 - 3. and 4th gear = 7.6 mm
3 - 5. Gear = 6.0 mm

Installation of clamping washers
–  Press the spring washer in the groove of the bolt with a handled socket spanner.
  Note
After installing the spring washer, the commutation bolts must be able to move slightly.
