Installing > < Clutch pedal with over-centre spring: Removing and installing

Removal:
   
–  Remove the crash strap from the clutch pedal by removing the fastening bolt -arrow-.
–  Unplug the connector from the clutch pedal switch -F36 -.

–  Rotate the clutch pedal switch -F36--1- 45° to the left and pull it out of the position.

–  Release clutch master cylinder operating rod from clutch pedal as described in the following:
–  Slightly pull the clutch pedal towards the inside of the vehicle.
–  Press both sides of retaining clip inwards using pliers -T10005--arrows-.

–  Remove bearing shaft for clutch pedal.
–  To do this, turn bearing shaft for clutch pedal to left -direction of arrow-.
-1- = Allen key, 8 mm AF.
Locking devices -A- are irreparably damaged.
Pins -B- are then horizontal.
–  Move clutch pedal so you can pull out bearing shaft.
–  Take out over-centre spring.
–  Remove clutch pedal.
