Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Brake bleeder -SAT 1175B-, see equivalent → Anchor
  L00-10020
t  Purge tube -VAG 1238/B3-, see equivalent → Anchor
Only use new brake fluid. Brake fluid specification → Booklet1.
  Note
If required, the 670 mm bleeding hose -VAG 1238/B3- should be used to bleed air from the system.
–  Connect pressure hose to the brake fluid reservoir.
–  Fit enough lint-free cloths around the clutch slave cylinder. Brake fluid must not enter the gearbox.

–  Insert the bleed tube into the clutch slave cylinder -arrow- and open the bleed valve.
–  After finishing air bleeding, the clutch pedal must be activated several times.
