  Note
t  Mount gearbox on assembly stand → Chapter.
t  When installing new gears or a new input shaft, all details of the → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“ and technical data must be observed.
t  Install all bearings, synchromeshed gears and synchro-rings on input shaft with gear oil.
t  Do not mix up synchromesh rings. If re-using, allocate them to corresponding mobile pinion.
   
1 - Circlip
q   replace
q   Determining thickness → Anchor
2 - Mobile element with synchroniser body for 5th gear
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Dismantling and assembling → Chapter.
3 - Synchromesh ring of 5th gear:
q   Check for wear → Chapter
4 - 5th gear mobile pinion
5 - Needle bearing
q   5th gear must be
q   changed along with the → Item
6 - thrust piece
q   Needle bearing for 5th gear
q   changed along with the → Item
q   Remove with bearing mounting with groove ball bearing → Fig.
q   Pressing in → Chapter
7 - Gearbox
q   Repairing → Chapter
8 - bearing mounting with grooved ball bearing
q   Always replace the grooved ball bearings with the allotment
q   Replace the allotment whenever it detaches from the gearbox casing
q   Pressing off → Fig.
q   Pressing in → Chapter
9 - Input shaft:
10 - Needle bearing
q   For 3rd gear
11 - 3rd speed selector gear
12 - Syncromesh ring 3rd gear
q   Check for wear → Chapter
13 - Locking collar with synchronising hub for 3rd and 4th gear
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Press off with 3rd gear synchromeshed gear → Chapter
q   Dismantling and assembling → Chapter.
q   Installation position, locking collar and synchro-hub → Chapter
q   Pressing in → Chapter
14 - Synchroniser ring for 4th gear
q   Check for wear → Chapter
15 - 4th speed selector gear
16 - thrust piece
q   Needle bearing for 4th gear
q   changed along with the → Item
q   Removing → Chapter
17 - Needle bearing
q   for 4th gear
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Replace along with → Item
18 - Thrust washer
19 - Inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing socket
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
20 - Circlip
q   replace
q   Determining thickness → Anchor
21 - Cylindrical roller bearing
q   With retaining ring
q   Pulling out → Fig.
q   Pressing in → Fig.
q   Fitting position: the securing ring of the bearing must point to the input shaft
22 - clutch housing
q   Repairing → Chapter
23 - Spring
q   Fitting position: the bent end should point towards the locking pin
24 - Mobile sleeve of 3rd and 4th gear
25 - 3rd and 4th gear mobile element
26 - Locking keyways
q   3 off
27 - Spring
q   Installation position → Chapter
28 - Locking pieces (3 off)
29 - Synchromesh for 5th gear
30 - Mobile sleeve of 5th gear
31 - Stop ring
q   Prevents locking pieces from moving out
q   Removing → Chapter
q   Fitting → Chapter
