Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:

l	To facilitate installation of the clutch pedal end of travel mounting, replace the Torx bolt with a hexagonal head bolt.

Note

Renew self-locking nuts.

–	Fit pipe and hose assembly → Fig.

–	Install battery → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27 .

–	Bleed air from hydraulic clutch system → Chapter

Tightening torques

Component

Mounting bracket to bulkhead

t	Renew self-locking nut.

Crash bar to steering column mounting bracket (attachment with 2 bolts)

Crash bar to steering column mounting bracket (attachment with 1 bolt)

t	Renew bolts for crash bar
