Assembling > < Dismantling and assembling differential (procedure)

Dismantling
–  Lever oil seal out using assembly lever.
–  Remove small circlip
   
–  Pull cover off differential.
A - Two arm puller -Kukko 20/10-
–  Remove large circlip.

–  Press ball bearing out of cover.

–  Press out planet pinion pin, shearing off spring pin.
A - Two arm puller -Kukko 20/10-
B - Protective jaw covers
–  Drive remains of spring pin out of planet pinion pin and differential housing.
–  Remove planet pinions and one-piece thrust washer.
–  Swing sun gears out of openings on sides of differential housing and remove.
–  Remove flange from differential housing.
Rear final drive with freewheel
–  Remove freewheel → Chapter.
