Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, noting the following:

Note

t	Renew self-locking nuts.

t	Grease all bearings and contact surfaces with lubricating grease → Spare Spare parts catalogue.

–	Press on the clutch pedal until safety clip -2- is audibly secured in clutch pedal housing -3-.

–	Position clutch pedal over-centre spring -4- on support stand -3-, at the same time lightly pressing upper part of clutch pedal -1- towards master cylinder and against neutral over-centre spring, until bolt can pass through -5- and tighten nut -2- firmly.

–	Install clutch pedal support stand → Chapter.

–	Hydraulic clutch system: bleeding of air → Chapter.
