Installation
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:
  Note
t  Renew self-locking nuts.
t  Grease all bearings and contact surfaces with lubricating grease according to the → Spare parts catalogue.
   
–  Press clutch pedal until the safety clip is engaged in the clutch pedal housing.

–  Position clutch pedal over-centre spring -4- on support stand -3-, at the same time lightly pressing upper part of clutch pedal -1- towards master cylinder and against neutral over-centre spring, until bolt can pass through -5- and tighten nut -2- firmly.
–  Install clutch pedal support stand → Chapter.
–  Bleed air from hydraulic clutch system → Chapter
