• ‒ Separate drive shaft flanges and tie-up.
• ‒ → Pull output shaft drive flange out from differential bevel gears by turning bolt -A- (M 10 x 100). When doing this place chisel or distance piece -B- under drive flange.

If drive flange cants during removal sequence then fit a second bolt into opposing threaded hole.

• ‒ Lever seal out with a lever.
• ‒ → Drive new seal in onto stop.
• ‒ Fill space between sealing lip and dust lip with multi-purpose grease.

• ‒ Clamp output shaft drive flange in vice using vice clamps.
• ‒ → Press circlip out of output shaft groove using new circlip -A-.
• ‒ Drive in output shaft drive flange using a synthetic head hammer.
• ‒ Renew flange shaft/drive shaft seal (pull off protective foil and glue seal into joint).
• ‒ Reconnect flanges.
• ‒ Checking gearbox oil in rear final drive
