Front door installation > < Remove the front door without the hinges

Remove the front door with the hinges
Remove the front door with the hinges
   
–  Remove the multi-contact connector located below the rubber bellows -2- on the A-pillar.
  Note
The location of the hinges should be marked with an indelible marker to facilitate reinstallation of the door.
–  Remove bottom A-pillar panelling → Remove and install bottom A-pillar panelling; Rep. gr.70
  E57-10008
–  Remove the front wheel housing → Chapter.
–  Unscrew bolts -8- and -11- of the lower hinge.
–  Removing the dash panel → Removing and fitting the dash panel; Rep. gr.70.
–  Removing the cross member of the dash panel → Removing and fitting the cross member; Rep. gr.70.
–  Unscrew bolts -2- and -12- of upper hinge and remove door.
