| Installation is carried out in the reverse order of the removal procedure, noting the following: |

| After removing the gas shock absorber completely, make sure that it is fitted into the correct position. |

| The shock absorbing element must be fitted towards the side of the bodywork. |

| When installing, gas strut is merely pressed onto ball head studs. |
| –
| Tightening torque for ball stud: 21 Nm |
