  Note
It is not possible to remove the protective side strips without destroying them.
   
–  To remove, heat protective strips -1- and -2- with a hot-air blower and detach from door.
–  Bonding surface must be free of dust and grease.
–  Clean body panel with petrol, treat with silicon remover and rub dry.
l  Protective strips may only be bonded on at room temperature.
l  This involves allowing vehicle and protective mouldings to adjust to ambient temperature for at least 2 hours prior to performing work.
l  Once the backing foil has been removed, the protective strip must be fitted on the vehicle within 90 minutes.

–  Detach backing -3- from double-sided adhesive strip -4- shortly before fitting.
–  Fit protective moulding at front and bond on from front to rear.
–  Heat protective strip to approx. 40°C with a hot air blower and press or roll on firmly.
l  Vehicle must be kept at ambient temperature for 4 hours after bonding on moulding.
