There are two types of mounts for the wheel housings:
t  Wheel housings up to CW > 22.2007 screw mounting → Anchor.
t  Wheel housings as of CW 22.2007 > Mounting with screws and expanding rivets → Anchor.
  Note
The removal and installation procedures may have to be modified slightly depending on equipment.
   
Wheel housings up to CW > 22.2007 screw mounting.
1 - Wheel housing moulding
q   PP/EPDM Material
q   Removal and installation → Chapter
2 - Threaded staple
q   4 Units
3 - Torx screw
q   11 each
q   1.5 Nm
4 - Expanding nut
q   7 each

   
Wheel housings as of CW 22.2007 > Mounting with screws and expanding rivets.
1 - Wheel housing moulding
q   PP/EPDM Material
q   Removal and installation → Chapter
2 - Threaded staple
3 - Torx screw
q   1.5 Nm
4 - Expanding rivet
q   Replace
