t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-
t  Wrench -T20042-
t  Measuring tool -U 40807-

  Note
For exact adjustment of the front door, it is necessary to check that all the tolerances are within range, → Bodywork- repair; Rep. Gr.00
It is necessary to loosen the hinges in the A-pillar to properly adjust the door.
Other measures like adjusting the door upwards do not make sense. On pushing again, the door comes free again.
Use screwdriver -T20042- and adjustment gauge -U 40807- for adjustment.
Gap dimensions for door → Bodywork - repair; Rep. Gr.00.
Adjust the slip plate .
  Note
Ensure that the lock catch is adjusted so that the front door closes flush with the rear door.
   
–  Loosen the fixing screw -2- of the slip plate -1-.

–  Adjust laterally as shown with -arrow 1- and -arrow 2-.
–  Move the slip plate until the door is on a level with the contour of the chassis.
–  When correctly adjusted, the lock catch should be centred on the door lock.
