Front door hinge - removal
Front door hinge - removal
–  Remove front door → Chapter.
Continuation for driver's side only
–  Removing the dash panel → Removing and fitting the dash panel; Rep. Gr.70.
   
–  Unscrew bolts -Arrows- and remove cross member from centre bracket -1-.
Continuation for passenger's side only
  Note
Fig. shows the left side. Removal on right side is similar.

–  Remove side cover on dashboard -1- with lever -U 30800-.
Both sides (continued)
–  Remove bottom A-pillar panelling → Remove and install bottom A-pillar panelling; Rep. Gr.70
–  Remove the front wheel housing → Chapter.

  Note
The location of the hinges should be marked with an indelible marker to facilitate reinstallation of the door.
–  Unscrew bolts -5- and remove upper hinge-3- from front door -4-
–  Unscrew nut -9- of lower hinge -7-.
–  Unscrew bolts -2- and -12- and remove upper hinge-3- from A-pillar -1-
–  Unscrew bolts -8- and -11- and remove lower hinge-7- from A-pillar -1-
