| Rest the nozzle -2- completely on the glass. |

Note | the diameter of bead -1- will depend on the width of the hole in the applicator and the speed of application. |

| Apply adhesive using the window sealant gun -SAT 5350- or window dual-component glue gun -VAS 5237- around the window perimeter, onto the primer coat or onto the trimmed bead of adhesive, at right angles to the glass. |
| Apply adhesive sealing material all round next to the moulding. |
WARNING | The glass must be fitted before 10 minutes elapse, as the adhesive properties of the glue are reduced after that time. |

| Apply the windscreen with the syphon -VAG 1344- First the centring pins -1- must be inserted into the existing drillings in the rear side panel in the range of the C-pillar and then set the disk, until the contact is manufactured to the spacer bars. |
Note | Side windows without centring pins must be secured in body opening with adhesive tape. |
| Adhere the drying time of the glue → Chapter. |
