  WARNING
Always wear safety goggles and leather gloves.
When cutting the adhesive bead (with glass residue), take care not to damage the rear window flange.
–  Protect the chassis and the interior from the glass remains.
–  Unplug connectors for heated rear window.
   
–  Mask flange profile circumferentially with textile reinforced masking tape -1-.
–  Remove pieces of glass up to adhesive sealing material.
–  Eliminate the hermetic seal (with the glass remains) from the window well with the electric knife -SAT 1561- and its set of blades -SAT 1561/20-.
