Removing and installing glove compartment
Removing
–  Switch off ignition.
–  Remove side dash panel cover, passenger's side → Chapter.
   
–  Remove side screw -1- (1.5 Nm).

–  Remove the 2 screws -1- (1.5 Nm) in lower area next to middle of vehicle.

–  Remove the screw -1- (1.5 Nm) in lower outer area of glove compartment.

–  Open glove compartment and unscrew 3 screws -1- (1.5 Nm).
–  Remove glove compartment from dash panel.
–  In vehicles with front passenger airbag deactivation, separate connector from key operated switch to deactivate front passenger side airbag -E224-.
–  Detach connectors from glove compartment light -W6-, switch for glove compartment light -E26- and footwell light.
–  In vehicles equipped with glove compartment cooling, disconnect air conditioning duct from glove compartment.
Installing
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
