  Note
t  Before working with the airbag system, always read the safety precautions → Chapter.
t  Pay attention to coding (obtain as necessary) for vehicles with coded radio/radio navigation system (RNS).
–  With ignition switched off, disconnect earth connection from battery.
–  Remove the passenger airbag key switch → Chapter.
   
–  Insert key -1- in lock cylinder -2-.
–  Turn key until the lock cylinder fastening in the switch breaks -3-.
–  Remove key -1- with lock cylinder -2- from switch.
