Rear backrests lock: removing

Note

The procedure is valid for both buckles of the rear seat backs

–	Remove the rear seat back → Chapter.

–	Remove the front seat back upholstery and padding → Chapter.

–	Carefully detach part of the rear felt -1-, in order to view the rear registration -2-.

–	Lift up the unlocking lever -1- and with the aid of a second operator free the shaft -2- of the locking hook -3-.

–	To unblock the shaft use -1- pliers -2- and press the movement staples -3-, with the aid of a screwdriver thus immobilising the locking hook -4-.

–	Next, release the tabs of the lever frame stop clip -1-, and lift the complete unit upwards -arrows-.
