| – | Remove front side window → Chapter. |
| – | Remove front door → Chapter. |
| – | Remove front turn signals → Electrical system; Rep. gr.94. |
| – | Remove side repeater turn signals → Electrical system; Rep. gr.94. |
| – | Remove front bumper → Chapter. |
| – | Remove front wheel housing liner → Chapter. |
| – | Remove bolts -1-. |
Note| Heat adhesive sealant -1- only gently and briefly. Adhesive sealant -1- must not change in colour or blister. |
| – | Heat wing -2- in area of A-pillar with hot air blower -V.A.G 1416- and pull off. If necessary cut through adhesive sealant -1- with a suitable knife. A second mechanic is required for this. |
