The door window must be closed.
Remove front door trim and carefully pull door insulation foil off at rear: → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove door handle: → Chapter.
–  Remove anti-theft plate where fitted: → Item.
–  Remove bolts -2-, specified torque: 8 Nm.
–  Remove inner release handle -1-: → Chapter.
–  On vehicles with central locking, disconnect connectors.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
