Centre console lower part „Reference“, removing and installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Torque wrench -V.A.G 1783-

Note

To enable the procedure to be illustrated more clearly, the front seats are not shown in the following figures.

Removal

–	Switch off ignition.

–	Remove upper part of centre console → Chapter.

–	Position handbrake lever in uppermost position.

–	Remove screws -2 and 3- (1.5 Nm).

–	Remove centre console -1-.

Installation

Note

Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.

–	Installation is carried out in reverse order.
