  Note
To enable the procedure to be illustrated more clearly, the front seats are not shown in the following figures.
Removal
  W00-0990
–  Switch off ignition.
–  Position handbrake lever in uppermost position.
–  Remove cover cap -1- and unscrew bolt -2- (1.5 Nm).
–  Raise cover for handbrake lever -3- at rear and remove forwards over handbrake lever.

Installation
  Note
Before installing, check all fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.
–  Position handbrake lever in uppermost position.
–  Secure cover for handbrake lever in bodywork.
–  The remaining installation steps are carried out in the reverse sequence.
