  Caution
On doing any work on the frame bear in mind that when it is in normal position it is in tension because of the springs and on activating the release mechanism or doing any repairs to it the seat will fold up. Danger of getting caught.

2 - Bush socket
3 - Actioning lever
4 - Star-head screw
5 - Bush housing
6 - Hand grip
7 - Actioning cable

–  Removing and installing → Chapter
–  Hooked under the seat base frame, on one side
8 - Foam rubber ring
9 - Releasing lever
10 - Star-head screw
11 - Cap
12 - Securing hooks for upholstery
13 - Sliding piece
14 - Washer
15 - Screw
q   4 Nm
q   Self-locking
16 - Socket
17 - Loop
q   To release
–  Removing and installing → Chapter
18 - Clip
19 - Hexagonal bolt
q   60 Nm
20 - Reinforcing plate
21 - Sliding piece
22 - Sliding plate
23 - Pressure piece
q   Assemble by presing the pressure piece onto the sliding plate and folding back the tab
24 - Spring
q   On releasing the seat the spring will make it fold up
q   Hooked under the seat base frame, on one side
