Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Release lever -U30800-
  W00-2169
t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-
  Note
Removal and installation are identical on the left and right.
Removal:
–  Remove the rear tray.
–  Fold the rear seat backrest to the front.

–  Using the lever -U30800-, prise off the plastic cap -1-.
  E74-10110
–  For exposing the bracket -2- unscrew bolt -1-.
–  Then remove the compensation disc completely.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:
–  Tighten bolt -1- to a torque of 23 Nm.
–  Maintain the centre position of the Top Tether bracket -2-.
