–  Clean glass housing in bodywork with isopropyl or heptopropyl alcohol.
–  Apply the rubber lining to the edge of the glass, place window in its housing and make sure that the rubber lining is perfectly fitted.
   
–  Insert a hemp rope of Ø = 3 mm approx., in the lapel which should engage in the bodywork lug. Finally, the rope should run over by a few mm.
–  Impregnate the lower part of the rubber lining with soapy water or neutral Vaseline to make the installation easier.
–  With the help of another mechanic, place the window in the door, carefully centring it.

–  A mechanic presses the outside, and the other begins the fitting by pulling on the ends of the rope -2- from the inside, initially introducing the lower part and then the whole fitment.
–  Check for leaks with a water test. If there are leaks, dry with compressed air and retouch the seals.
  Note!
Under no circumstances should glass adhesive putty applicators be used.
–  Couple the connections for the heated rear-windscreen -1-.
–  Install the third brake light: → Electrical systems; Rep. Gr.94
