Check the change-over part:
–  Bridge shortly the connections in the terminals 1 and 2 of the connector with the vehicle engine running. If the magnetic operating mechanism -N25- is switched on, then the refrigerating circuit is empty.
The change-over part between terminals 3 and 4 of the connector changes the coolant agent radiator fan -V7- to the second speed with the coolant agent radiator fan control unit -J293-, when the pressure in the refrigerating agent circuit increases:
–  Close from more than 16 bar pressure and open again under 12.5 bar of pressure (commutation limit).

t  The following checkings are done when fitted
To verify the power of the air conditioning the following measurements must be done:
–  Check the filling level of the installation. If the pressure is not sufficient (e.g. due to refrigerating agent loss) the air conditioner must be switched off.
–  Check the fan. If the pressure increases (overpressure) in the refrigerating agent circuit, the radiator fan for the refrigerating liquid ventilator -V7- jumps to the next higher speed.
–  Check the disconnection of the air conditioning. If the pressure is too high (e.g. due to insufficient refrigeration of the engine), the air conditioner must be switched off.
