Removing and refitting the compressor pulley (compressor make “Denso”, version “1”)
  Note!
t  If the overload protection has been activated, before replacing the pulley check the compressor moves freely. If the compressor movement is difficult, replace entirely.
t  The operation of the overload protection of the version “1” is described as an example in the self-learning program.
t  To remove the pulley, it may be necessary to loosen the engine compressor, depending on the engine version.
t  The compressor can be detached from the support and re-attached without opening up refrigerant pipes.
t  Before removing the Poly-V belt, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or felt tip. If used in reverse direction, this may damage a belt which has been used beforehand.
t  Depending on the engine fitted and the country, different compressors are fitted → Parts catalogue.
