  Note!
t  This type of pulley is fitted, for example, for the compressor type “7 SEU 16”.
t  Depending on the design of the compressor and the engine version, different versions of the pulley are fitted → Spare parts catalogue.
t  To remove and to replace the compressor pulley.

1 - Bolt
q   Renew
q   Tightening torque: 20 Nm
q   Loosening and tightening → Chapter
2 - Drive plate
q   Different versions → Parts catalogue
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Activated for excess torque (for example if the compressor becomes difficult to power)
3 - Circlip
q   Renew
q   Fit by the correct side (flat side facing the compressor)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - Pulley
q   The rubber element acts in case of excess torque (in case the compressor becomes difficult to power) and the pulley moves freely without powering the compressor
q   Different versions → Parts catalogue
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
  Note!
Under certain conditions (for example, engine trouble) the rubber element may be activated even if there is no problem with the compressor or the refrigerant circuit.
5 - Compressor
q   Depending on the engine version and on the country there are different versions → Parts catalogue
q   Clean the compressor bracket before fitting the pulley
