Installing > < Servomotor for the fresh air / air recirculation flap V154 : removing and installing

Removing
–  Turn the ignition on and wait until the servo motor is in its final position “fresh air option”.
–  Switch off the ignition.
–  Remove the glove compartment → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. Gr.68.
   
–  Release the inserts -B- and -C- for the support -A- in the air inlet opening and then remove the support -A-.

–  Remove the servomotor -B--in the direction of the arrow- from the air inlet opening.
  Note!
t  The join between the cogwheels of the servo motor and the air retention flap is designed is such a way that the servo motor may only be removed in the position “fresh air option” (the opening for the air recycling inlet option by the fresh air / air recirculation flap -A- is closed).
t  If the servo motor is in any other position and cannot be moved, it may not be extracted without first loosening the allotment points -C-, ensure to avoid any damage to the cogwheel -D- during this operation.
