The evaporation and condensation process is used in air-conditioners in vehicles. Matter with a low boiling point, called the refrigerant, is used in this process.
The refrigerant used is tetrafluoroethane R134a, which reaches its boiling point at a temperature of -26.5 °C with a vapour pressure of 1 bar.
