Removing and installing air flow flap control motor -V113-
Detaching
   
–  Remove the Fresh air blower -V2- → Chapter.
–  Carefully cut the cable ties -4-.
–  Unscrew bolts -3- and -5-.
–  Pull connectors -2- off.
–  Pull off bracket with control motor -1- in the direction of arrow.

–  Press bracket catch downwards -arrows- and remove bracket.
Remove control motor from bracket.
–  Press locking lugs -arrows- outwards and remove control motor from mounting -A-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; noting the following in the process:

A new control motor is supplied in the „Air recirculation“ end position.

The following steps must be performed simultaneously:
t  Guide control motor onto housing until flap mountings -A- engage in control motor actuating element -B-.
t  Press control motor completely onto housing and tighten control motor bracket.
–  Connect voltage supply connector.
–  Switch on ignition and check operation of control motor by pressing air recirculation button.
  Note
t  The fresh air flap and the air recirculation flap must move smoothly to their end positions.
t  If system malfunctions, switch ignition off immediately and repeat installation sequence.
