  Note
t  The compressor is always driven when engine is running; there is no magnetic clutch. Engine is therefore not to be started unless refrigerant circuit has been properly assembled. If, for example, refrigerant pipes have not been connected to compressor, heat generation inside compressor with engine running may lead to destruction of compressor.
t  The following illustrations show a compressor attached on the right of the engine, the refrigerant pipes of compressors attached on the left of the engine are removed in the same way. No bracket for the refrigerant pipes is fitted at present for these engines.
t  Seal the open pipes and connections at the compressor with suitable caps (to prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture).
