1 - Bolt
q   Replace
q   Tightening torque: 20 Nm
q   Slackening off and tightening → Chapter
2 - Drive plate
q   Different versions → Spare parts catalogue
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Tripped in the event of excessive torque (e.g. compressor stiff)
3 - Circlip
q   Replace
q   Ensure correct installation position (flat side facing compressor)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - Belt pulley
q   Rubber element of pulley is tripped in the event of excessive torque (e.g. stiff compressor) and pulley just free-wheels without driving compressor
q   Different versions → Spare parts catalogue
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
  Note
Under certain conditions (e.g. rough engine running), rubber element of pulley may be tripped when there is no compressor or refrigerant circuit fault.
5 - Compressor:
q   Different models are fitted depending on engine and country version → Spare parts catalogue
q   Clean compressor flange before fitting pulley
