Removing and installing fresh air blowerrV2
Removing and installing fresh air blowerr -V2-
Removal:
–  Remove glove compartment → General body repair, interior; Rep. gr.68.
–  Remove the passenger side foot well cover → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. gr.68.
   
–  Remove bolt -A-.
–  Unplug connector -D-.
  Caution
Do not touch the wheel of the fresh air blower -V2-; the use of force on the wheel or movement of the counterweights can cause imbalance which could lead to malfunction.
–  Release the block -B- and rotate the fresh air blower housing -C- in -the direction of the arrow-.
  Note
t  The join between the fresh air turbine housing -C- and the heating system may be sealed by a sealing paste, in which case it will be necessary to rotate the housing with more force.

t  In the casing -C- the Fresh air blower -V2- is fitted and cannot be replaced separately → Spare parts catalogue.
–  Remove the fresh air turbine housing -C- from the heating system.
Installation
Re-install all parts removed in reverse order; note the following:
–  After fitting, check the operation of the Fresh air blower -V2-.
  Note
t  When fitting, pay attention to correct positioning of fresh-air turbine in heater.
t  Following the installation, check the correct positioning of the fresh air blower casing in the heater and the operation of the Fresh air blower -V2-.
t  Take into account the different versions of the fresh air turbine for vehicles fitted with heating and air conditioning → Parts catalogue.
