The position of the flaps can be altered by pressing the corresponding control buttons:
t  Temperature flap control motor -V68-
–  Press control button -3- or -6- until the “Hi” or “Lo” display on the display field of Climatronic control unit -J255- appears.
This will cause the temperature flap control motor -V68- to move once through its entire range.
t  Front air distribution control motor -V145-
–  Press control button -1- or -7-.
The control motor is now moved once through its entire range.
t  Centre vent control motor -V102-
–  Press control button -2-.
The control motor is now moved once through its entire range.
t  Rear temperature flap control motor -V137-
Only on vehicles with 2nd evaporator
–  Press control button -4- or -5- until “Hi” or “Lo” appears in display field of Climatronic control unit -J255-.
This will cause the rear temperature flap control motor -V137- to move once through its entire range.
t  Rear air distribution control motor -V136-
Only on vehicles with 2nd evaporator
The actuation of therear air distribution control motor -V136- is map controlled. The function can be checked as follows using the control buttons:
–  Press control button -4- until “Hi” appears in display field of Climatronic control unit -J255-.
In the “Hi” setting, air is sent only to the footwell vent.
–  Press control button -5- until “Lo” appears in display field of Climatronic control unit -J255-.
In the “Lo” setting, air is sent only to the footwell vent and to the roof vents.
