Thermosensor - fresh air inlet G89 : removing and fitting > < Removing

Fitting
–  Insert the servomotor -A- into the clip tabs of the support -B-.
  Note
t  If the clip tabs are broken in the support -B-, replace the support.
t  The figure shows the servomotor for the fresh air and air recirculation flaps -V154-; the servomotor -V113- should be placed in the support in the same way.

–  Place the support -B- in the air conditioning clips -A-.

–  Fit the pivot -B- into the fresh air flap lever -A- and fit the pivot -C- of the air recirculation lever, in the hole -D- in the servomotor lever.

–  Replace the screws -B-.
–  Plug connector -A- into the servomotor.
In reverse order, refit all of the parts you removed, taking particular note of the following:
–  Lay the wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. servomotor levers).
–  Consult the fault memory, erase it and perform the basic configuration; → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051
