Fitting

Install in reverse order. The following should be taken into account:

–	The shutter seal of the transversal panel seal (assembly plate) - heat exchanger should be moistened with a neutral soapy solution before assembling the heat exchanger (this helps assembly).

–	Carefully push the tranversal panel seal -1- (assembly plate) from the outside onto the groove of the connection -2- of the heat exchanger -arrow-.

–	Replace the o-rings of the heat exchanger connection element.

–	Connect the coolant hoses making sure they are in the correct position.

In the direction of motion, right: supply

Left: return

Note

When the heat exchanger is replaced, the coolant should be completely drained and replaced with new fluid.

–	Check the level of coolant and top up if necessary.
